Delivery Information

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver to. Ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process

You will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorised. You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered, and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will also be provided with an order number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days if the item is in stock. If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order, please call (056) 77 905 94 or email quoting your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us.

Please examine all goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition and that you are happy with the product. 

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as is possible. We can only deliver in Ireland (32 counties). If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order directly from the Manufacturer, you will be contacted within 48 hrs. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order if the item is on back order. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. 

If the delivery is not completed on the agreed date as a result of no one being available at the delivery address a second delivery charge will be applied. If installation is selected on a domestic appliance, this is for connection to adjacent and available services.
